This product is based on radio occultation observations from the FORMOSAT-7/COSMIC-2 (F7/C2) constellation, the high spatiotemporal resolution ionospheric electron density profiles (EDPs) over low- and mid-latitudes. It establishes a data quality analysis and monitoring framework for EDPs, supporting applications such as data assimilation and ionospheric state monitoring. The system further integrates a Bagged Trees machine learning classification model to automatically distinguish between normal and irregular EDPs based on local time, geographic location, and solar activity conditions, thereby enhancing data quality control and strengthening the detection and analysis of ionospheric irregular structures.
